Each of the ICS physicians are board certified and will testify, if necessary.  At present, ICS has 300 Registered Nurses throughout the country who monitor medical claims for reasonable and necessary, pre-existing and excessive testing situations.  Normal turnaround for each review and report is five (5) to seven (7) days from receipt of the "Service Request" from the insurance carrier.
